Barbell Group Training
Learn primal pattern movements (squat, lunge, push, pull, bend, twist) to improve posture, stability, strength, and function in a group environment with an emphasis on technique. Enjoy doing weights to music with clear instruction, in a relaxed and inclusive space, and with added fun along the way.
